cape liberty, NJ 

Our adventure departs from Cape Liberty where you can view the famous Lady in all her glory glistening in the evening sunlight. Arrive a few extra hours early and take a tour of the surrounding areas and take in the history of the port before departing on our cruise. Take a tour of the Immigration Museum on Ellis Island or climb up in Lady Liberty for an unforgettable experience.

Have the day to explore? Hop on the Staten Island Ferry or the subway and check out New York City where your options are limitless! Not sure where to begin in NYC - grab a bus tour and see the sites from the bus and decide when and where you want to get off and explore further.

Need to grab some extra supplies for your trip? Head on over to Elizabeth, NJ to the Jersey Gardens. This two story outlet mall is full of all your favorite stores and restaurants to meet your pre cruise needs.


boston, MA 

Boston is Massachusetts’ capital and largest city. Founded in 1630, it’s one of the oldest cities in the U.S. The key role it played in the American Revolution is highlighted on the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile walking route of historic sites that tells the story of the nation’s founding. This downtown trail passes by 16 different locations significant to the history of the United States. One stop, former meeting house Faneuil Hall, is a popular marketplace full of antiques, modern fashion and great dining.

Want a little bit of quiet outdoor time? Try the beautiful Boston Common, the oldest city park in the US dating back to 1634. Full of history, legends, colorful gardens, and food trucks you’ll want to be sure to not miss this park. Additional downtown cultural highlights include the JFK Library & Museum, the USS Constitution Museum, the Museum of Science, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

Take a stroll to the waterfront and visit the New England Aquarium and the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum for some waterside enjoyment. With so many incredible historical and cultural attractions there is something for everyone in the amazing port of Boston!


portland, ME 

This beautiful city is full of things to see and do. Old Port is considered the beating heartland of Portland. As the city’s center it is full of activities for everyone. Amid the cobblestone streets you will find the city’s most popular restaurants such as Duckfat, Fore Street and Eventide Oyster Co. Congress Street is a great place to start your walking adventure to explore restaurants, boutiques, local art galleries and theaters.

Are you a beer aficionado? Beer is to Portland as lobster is to Maine! Some of the city’s most popular breweries are Allagash, Shipyard, Sabago and Rising Tide with Allagash being the most popular and offering free tours and tastings.

Other popular destinations include the lighthouse at Cape Elizabeth (just 9 miles south of the city), the beautiful and opulent Victoria Mansion, the Portland Museum of Art and the 68 acre waterfront Eastern Promenade.

bar harbor, me

Bar Harbor is a town on Mount Desert Island along Maine’s Frenchman Bay offering historic charm, a beautiful coastline and a range of activities. It serves as a gateway to the mountains and cliffs of neighboring Acadia National Park. Towering over the park, Cadillac Mountain has trails and views of the town, the bay and the Cranberry Islands. Sand Beach is ringed by mountains. From the town pier, the Shore Path winds along the bay overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Porcupine Islands and is one of the best places to begin your viewing of this gorgeous place.


In town, the Abbe Museum showcases the culture of the native Wabanaki people with exhibits including archaeological artifacts and tribal baskets. Take a stroll down West Street and view the surviving summer estates from the town’s history of being a prime resort area. For a hands on view of the wildlife, the Dorr Museum of Natural History features dioramas of area wildlife and a tide pool tank with starfish and hermit crabs. The waters near Bar Harbor are ideal for breathtaking whale watching, with area species including humpback, right, minke and finback whales.

Québec City sits on the Saint Lawrence River in Canada's mostly French-speaking Québec province. Dating to 1608, it has a fortified colonial core, Vieux-Québec and Place Royale, with stone buildings and narrow streets. This area is the site of the towering Château Frontenac Hotel and imposing Citadelle of Québec. The Petit Champlain district’s cobblestone streets are lined with bistros and boutiques.

Québec City’s famous winter events include Carnaval de Québec, with snow sculptures, sleigh rides and ice skating.  Every new year brings the return of the iconic Hotel de Grace, a temporary venue made entirely of ice and snow, with themed suites, a bar and a chapel.  Among the city’s cultural institutions is the Musée de la civilization, a modern interactive museum focused on culture and society.  The Musée national des beaux-arts de Québec has a stunning collection of fine art to enjoy.


charlottetown, PE

Charlottetown is the capital of Canada’s Prince Edward Island located on the southern coast of the province. The Province House National Historic Site hosted the Charlottetown Conference of 1864, spurring the country’s birth.

Victoria Row has shops, restaurants and the Confederation Centre of the Arts, with its musical based on “Anne of Green Gables.” Walk the pedestrian only streets and enjoy the wide variety of quaint shops and amazing eateries. Nearby is the gorgeous Gothic Revival St. Dunstan’s Basilica with over 100 years of history so be sure to stop and enjoy its beauty!

Sydney is a harbour town on Cape Breton Island, in Nova Scotia, Canada. As the largest urban area on Cape Breton and the island’s historical capital, Sydney, Nova Scotia is the perfect mix of metropolitan charm and down home hospitality.

From historic walking tours and admiring the world's largest fiddle to learning about Cape Breton's coal mining past and discovering the talented artisans that call Cape Breton Island home, there are plenty of wonderful things to see and do when visiting Sydney, Cape Breton Island.

By the water, visit the iconic Big Fiddle, a huge violin statue towering 60 feet high honoring local music. Beautiful wooden 18th-century buildings scatter the area including the Cossit and Jost houses, now museums with stunning period furniture. St. Patrick’s Church Museum showcases local history in an 1828 church. East, at Glace Bay, the Cape Breton Miners’ Museum explores the area’s coal-mining heritage.

Being the urban centre of Cape Breton, it should come as no surprise that Sydney offers a wide range of dining possibilities. You’ll find everything from traditional pubs, such as the Governors Pub & Eatery to fine dining restaurants serving multicultural cuisine and, of course, fresh seafood. If you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, stop by the Cape Breton Fudge Co., where you can enjoy delicious, homemade fudge while sipping a coffee and listening to local musicians in an intimate atmosphere.

Discover the historic port city of Halifax when you walk along the Halifax waterfront. Start at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 – the gateway into Canada for one million immigrants – and then explore eclectic shops and galleries, some of the city’s best restaurants, and ships including the last of the WWII convoy escort corvettes.

Discover the Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market, the oldest continuously operating farmers’ market in North America, and the seafaring history through exhibits at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic which include displays on the city’s link to the Titanic disaster. End at the timber-frame & stone warehouses of Historic Properties,originally built to safeguard booty captured by legalized pirates called privateers, and grab a spot on the patio at The Lower Deck Pub or find a spot inside to take in live local music.
